Each Legacy202 apartment includes a mattress and bed frame, a desk and chair, and a nightstand in every bedroom, along with in-unit appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Shared living spaces come fully equipped with dining high-top chairs, a living room sofa and chairs, coffee and side tables, a TV stand, and a living room TV — everything you need to feel right at home!

Yes! Legacy202 offers private bedrooms, so you can enjoy your own space even when sharing a larger unit with roommates.

Applying to Legacy202 is easy! You can complete the entire process online through our website — no in-person paperwork required to get started.

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual tours of Legacy202, so you can see the apartments and amenities firsthand before signing a lease.

A guarantor is required for most leases at Legacy202. If you don't have one, no worries — you'll be automatically enrolled in Homebody insurance as an alternative, so you can still move forward with leasing.

Yes! International students are welcome to apply to Legacy202.

Your monthly rent at Legacy202 includes WiFi and trash removal.

Rent can be paid online through the ResidentPortal or in person using certified funds — whichever is easiest for you!

Yes! You and your friends can each sign a lease at Legacy202 and be placed together in the same unit. Roommate pairings and unit preferences are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred group and setup.

Floor plans and bedroom assignments at Legacy202 are handled on a first-come, first-served basis — the earlier you sign your lease, the more options you'll have to choose from!

No problem at all! If you don't have a roommate, we'll take care of matching you with one.

Legacy202 allows up to three guests in an apartment at one time. Guests may stay up to two consecutive nights, or no more than four total nights in a given month, and must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Before moving into Legacy202, make sure to bring a valid photo ID, have your account balance paid in full, and complete your move-in checklist — all available through your ResidentPortal.

When moving out of Legacy202, simply place your keys in a labeled envelope and drop them in the after-hours drop box, or hand them directly to a team member during office hours. Be sure to set up your refund account in the portal ahead of time (Payments > Wallet > Refund Account), so your security deposit can be returned smoothly.

You're welcome to move out of Legacy202 early, but please note you'll remain financially responsible for rent through the end of your lease term. If you have roommates staying behind, be sure to lock your bedroom door after you move out.
